YEAH!!!!!!!!

alrite!! our service point for this month much more higher than last month..THANK GOD!!!YEAH!! this news really make my day..well, plus next month is hari raya puasa..n of course the salary will come out early for this month..some part of me feel happy coz the salary come out early..but another part of me feel afraid that my salary will FINISH EARLY..i mean will finish before the month of october end!!! gosh!! i really need to plan my budget carefully for this month n for next month..haiya!!

im doing midnite again for this week..start on last saturday..man!!i think im addicted doing midnite.hehehe!!!!not for the bad side ya..i mean,the reason i like to do midnite so that i don't have to confront the FUSSY guest..well,i believe you read my previous post bout this FUSSY guests..man really piss me off!!even you come to work with a GOOD MOOD...smiling here and there to all the guests..and suddenly come this kind of stupid guests..man!! it really ruin your INTIRE mood..do you agree with me in this?

well, sometimes there's a guest will check in after close day..i mean check in around 1am to 3am..man!!those guest also sometimes makes me want to bang my self to the wall!!hehehe!!! im busy with all the paper work..and suddenly they come and asking for the room price..so i have to intertain them..but some of them really takes my time..asking all kind of questions..ishk!!it's okay if they take a room... i don't mind..but, after standing there for almost 10mins..gosh!!really tempt me la...

doing midnite is not as easy as it sounds..we have to compile all the sale for the day..just imagine that we have 8 outlets in the resort..plus minibar,room service,laundry,transportation and all the other miscellaneous charges and also not forgetting for the room revenue..all this things have to compile by ONE PERSON..ONE PERSON!!! man!!!and plus we have to do SAVING FOR THE SYSTEM!! see, not easy huh!!

to do saving for the entire system takes the whole nite..THE WHOLE NITE!!do saving for the outlets,back office system(reservation account and housekeeping)and front office system which is the reception..answer the massage..changing tape for the saving(4 tapes have to change in one night)..race with the time..if slow..so you have to go back around 9am or 10am instead of going back at 7am..hehehe..

after do the saving for the system..answer all the massage..then print out all the reports for the account and the housekeeping..guess which report is the longest? ACCOUNT!! they have 18 report need to be print out..gosh!!the first time im doing midnite alone..i forgot to print out a few report for them..well, you know what happen next....hahaha...now i kindda expert in doing midnite..hoho..the best part of doing midnite is,i can scold the person that doing their work in CINCAI way..you know wat i mean..you become more sensitive..hehe..

well, if you finish early as 6am..man..you are pro already..hoho..like today..i finish around 5.30am..my report all print out already..only wait for the mornig shift to take over my shift..so all i can do is watching tv in the operator room..man!!feel so relief..

well, that's what we, the midnite shift do and have to do then..haha!!
