well, im back...so bout today situation...are the guest check out early or demand for the late check out? the occupancy last nite is full..rooms that suppose to check out around 147 rooms...while for the check in is around 37 rooms..the occupancy for today started to drop..hm..okay, back to guest check out...me and iskandar waited for the guest that want to have a late c/out..but until 11am, this one lady come to the reception and asking for the late c/out..she inform us that yesterday they come early and have to wait for the room to be ready for about 3 hours...hello!! who asked them to come early??!!! stupid!!! and the beauty part is, i was the one who checking in them yesterday..surprisly she inform that both of the room not ready when they check in...hello!!! as far as i remamber 1 room is ready and the other room is ready not come to 10mins... so there's no way for them to waited for the room to be ready for 3 hours!!!! LIAR!!!!! LIAR!!!!LIAR!!!! this lady talk bullshit!!!! how i wish that i can smack her mouth and punch her on the face...geram!!! so iskandar give them late c/out until 3pm...shit!!!

bout other guest...well, all of them c/out on time...good...like it so much...so until 3pm everything is under control...best part is, both of us can go back at 3.3opm...imagine that, guest c/out 147 rooms..and both of us manage to do our closing on time....it's a miracle for us today...hehehe...

well, that's all for now..have to go to sleep..tomorrow still working at 7am..surely tomorrow i feel sleepy coz tomorrow the occupancy is very low due to fasting month..for the whole month la...ishk!!! i don't like when the occupancy is low..i really concern bout the service points...surely next month service points is low...hua!!!! huhuhu!!!!

at last......

at last the holiday is over...why 31st august has to fall on sunday? it's a long weekend for the gov't sector n some company...this people start to come in on friday 29th..okay, that day is not really busy for the resort because the school holiday is over on the 24th august.so guest in house not too many n the guest that checking out on that day also not that many...roughly around 12 rooms(heaven for the casher that day)hehehe...

okay, straight to the point....regarding bout the guest.. they started to checking in on saturday 30rd...that day was okay because most of the rooms are vacant and already clean..okay for us that day..we check in the guest and the guest can straight away enter the room...yea!!!the guest happy and so are we...the guest that check in on saturday is around 124 rooms...well, i think some of you can imagine how was the lobby look like when there are too many people....crowd n noise...man!!!

now, today 31st.... the worst!! today the guest that check in is up to 145 rooms!!! wow!!! last night is fully booked!! and today occupancy is expacted around 75%..and the rooms situation is back to back..surely the guest will get angry when they have to wait for too long for the rooms to be ready..so all of us at the front desk(receptionist) have to get our self ready by set up our ARMOUR....in case is there any guest that come to the reception and nagging about their rooms..even we already explain to them the situation but still they don't understand...haiya!! apa la punya orang?!! why they can't understand? weird? why can't they see how was the resort look like today? really HECTIC...pack!! adult acting like kids..like didn't have any brain to think..no patience at all...like to force our side, the receptionist..huhuhu...we are human too..we cannot PERFORM MAGIC..all we can do is to call the housekeeping and ask for the room situation in front of the guest..if they didn't satisfice with the answer, we have to surrender the room key to them...well, we inform them that THE ROOM IS NOT READY YET N THE ROOM WILL BE CLEAN AFTER THE HOUSEKEEPING FINISH CLEANING OTHER ROOM...see...they still don't understand even we told them that the room is not ready...haiya!!

the situation begin to slow down around 5pm...thank god..everything is cool down now..the guest is already in their rooms..happy i think...of course la moi...adoh! it's getting late now..i have to go..my shift is at 7am tomorrow..adoi!!tomorrow we will be busy with the check out...so i have to get my ARMOUR ready..hehehe..i'll let you guys know what happen during check out..are this guest going check out on time or CHECK OUT LATE?? stay tune..
