guest!!!!!

working in a hotel line is hard..i believe some of you know what im talking about.. GUEST THAT FUSSY AND LIAR!!!
im at kuching right now.surf internet at coffee bean.my fav spot when i feel boring in my room even i have internet excess in my room..hehe!! i just receive a call from my friend that is working in a morning shift..he inform me that there is a guest that i checking in yesterday told him that i didn't inform them to pass the offical reciept back to the reception upon c/out..WHAT A SHIT!!! the reason we need that piece of paper back because the guest already give the advance deposit upon c/in..and they have to give that piece of paper back to us to claim the money back.. see, we have to explain ONE MORE TIME to them..as if we didn't inform them on the first place..when we tell them upon c/in, they seems like listen carefully..but when time to c/out..they tell us that we didn't inform them..BULLSHIT!!
this kind of guest know how to twist the thing that we told them..CLEVER!!(they think) but in our eyes they are STUPID!!..all they can think upon c/in is to go into the room and make a mess and jump into the pool and distroy the resort's facilites..don't u think so?
i am not complaining here..this is just my point of view..and not only me..i don't want to complain..most of the times i THANK the guest that c/in..plus they paid for the room and the services..so all we can do is to serve them with all our heart(ceh!!) but, if we come across this kind of guest, we tense to piss off!! man, we have to be patience..ALOT..mun sik pun, to calm our self down we tense to curse them(mun kedak tok memang CONFIRM masuk neraka coz banyak gilak CURSE org!! hehehe!! :P )
but i love my job as a receptionist...teach me alot..how to be patience..even there's alot of things happen around me..to climb a step of success is really hard..you have to sacrifice alot of things..your time with your family(most important) ,for your self,and with your love one(ada kah aku gereks??..hm..) ishk!! I LOVE MY JOB...
