well, as u all know that this month is a fasting month..the resort should be quiet for the whole month..but wow!!the resort is full almost every week..this week is the 3rd week of the fasting month..and well..the occupancy is good..as long as the occupancy is not below 20%..good right?hehe..we have 2 promotion..merdeka promotion ended today(15th sept) and mad sale promo(room charge is rm100.00 per room per night)only valid in the month of september..every one call the reservation to booked for the mad sale..who don't want to stay in 4 star resort with rate rm 100.00 per room per night?some of them booked 4 rooms for 1 night..man!!
the person that come out with this kind of strategy really brilliant..the reason i said this is because last year during fasting month the resort really quite..the occpancy is below 20% if im not mistaken..this kind of promotion is good also for our SERVICE POINTS!! HEHEHE..i just can't wait to know how much is our service points for next month..
well, i hope this person will come out with more brilliant ideas..and for our side(receptionist)we'll do our best to serve the guest..and for all the FUSSY guest..i wish i can throw them all into the sea..hehe..(wish i can do that..)
